Legal Restrictions
State Bans on 7OH Content:
Certain states prohibit synthetic 7OH products that exceed 2% total alkaloid content. The 7OH Company does not ship to the following states due to legal restrictions:
Arizona, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah
Return Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order. Contact customer service at (734) 673-8747 or email tkcronald@gmail.com.
- For exchanges: We will send a return slip and ship replacement products upon receipt.
- For refunds: A check will be mailed in the amount of your order, along with a return shipping slip.
All refunds are issued via check, regardless of your original payment method.
Free Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all retail orders over $50. Shipping method is based on destination and order size:
- FedEx 2-Day: Default for standard qualifying shipments.
- UPS Ground: Used for larger quantity or bulk orders.
- USPS Priority First Class: Used for shipments to P.O. boxes.
Wholesale orders may incur a shipping fee of $12 flat rate + $0.10 per unit.
We do not offer local pickup, in-store pickup, or international shipping at this time.
Damaged Orders:
Email tkcronald@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We handle these cases individually and will work to find a satisfactory solution.

Payments / Non-Sufficient Funds
You authorize The 7OH Company (via Premium Supplements, LLC) to debit your bank account via ACH. If funds are unavailable:
- NSF Fee: $20.00
- Late Payment Fee: $25.00
- Additional debits may be made until your balance is paid in full.
